Fininally, Google launched the web browser named "Chrome", start the most important step of the whole plan of cloud computing. This just happened few days after Microsoft released the beta version of IE8, but I don't think this is a way for Google to compete with Microsoft, even Chrome is Google's most important product for the future strategy, it's still just a tool to reduce the risk of Microsoft exploiting a huge opportunity.

headquarter was held by CHIME(Chinese Microsoft Employees，微软华人协会),
it's a fantastic show, and it was directed and most performed by
Microsoft staffs. An US company has more than two thousand Chinese
Employees locally; I think Microsoft is the only one.

日前在兰州与当地一位大地产商常贵交流，得悉他最服气的一线企业家不是王石，不是张瑞敏，不是柳传志，甚至也不是任正非，而是广受争议的史玉柱。我深以为然。不为别的，只因史玉柱吃透了中国人的人性。
2004年10月，盛大公司的一批研发人员走出来寻找投资。史玉柱连忙投入2000万元网罗这批人才，开发起一款名为《征途》的游戏。开发这款游戏，史玉柱不只是一个简单的投资人，而且是一个研发的领军人物。
没有经验，是史玉柱从事所有创业的资本。他不需要经验，他只需要把自己与繁华的世界隔离开来，专注于网游研发。他的方式很奇特：找玩家聊天。据说，史玉柱坚持在开发这款游戏的过程中与2000个玩家聊天，每人至少2小时。按2小时计算，2000个人，就是4000个小时。一天按10个小时算的话，也要聊天400天。这是多么浩大的工程！他本可以找十几个人聊聊天就行了，其他凭借想象，也可以有个八九不离十。
可史玉柱不这样想。每个人都是一个宇宙，都有闪光点，把分散在许多人身上的闪光点汇集在一起，就有了无人匹敌的竞争力。跟人聊天很容易，尤其是目的性不强的聊天，很可能是难得的消遣。可是真要咬定目标去与新新人类聊天400天而不生出厌倦来，史玉柱怕是第一人。
在4000多个小时的聊天过程中，他一个个洞悉了从事网游的乐趣、激情、义愤、郁闷、心跳、欢畅、紧张、算计、张狂、好奇、窃喜、嫉妒、悔恨、无奈、宣泄、控制、霸气、说一不二、依剑昆仑、饮马天河的干云豪气等等。所有这些复杂的甚至对立的情绪，他先前还没有体验过，甚至连想象都不可能，现在他却了如指掌。给所有这些情绪一种载体，一种释放机制，正是《征途》最吸引人的地方。40多岁的史玉柱，平心静气地进入了十几岁少年的情怀。对人性的这种把握和定力，是史玉柱主导的《征途》不同于任何一个网游的根本所在。

computers, taking pictures into memory cards, and listening music
from compressed digital files (mp3)...Is this beautiful? Sure. Is
